There is no number: Google publishes no minimum, no threshold that switches anything on, and no daily limit for a business. From our practice the useful word is not “enough” but “regularly”, because a profile that stops collecting reviews tells the reader nothing about how the business is doing now.
Google reviews matter because they are part of how Google ranks and shows a business, and because the score on your listing is the average of every rating you have. Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help local ranking, but it also says there is no way to pay for a better one.
You cannot fix a bad Google review by deleting it: Google removes only reviews that break a content policy. What you can fix is the reply under it, the profile itself, and the flow of new reviews after it.
Yes, as a draft only. A model can write a first version after a good prompt, but a person must read it, cut it and make it true before posting, because Google checks every reply against its content policies and the reviewer is notified and reads it.
