For dental practices

Your patients read about your practice on pages you have never opened

Health directories build pages about dental practices automatically, and reviews collect there whether you know about it or not. A patient checks them before booking. An AI assistant reads them before answering.

We show you where those pages are, what they say, and what an assistant tells a patient who asks about a dentist in your city today.

Attack

Someone is writing things that are not true

Four one-star reviews in a single week, all about waiting time, none of them from anyone your front desk remembers. A complaint about a dentist who has not worked here since spring. A page on a health directory with your practice name and an address you left two moves ago.

You cannot answer where you cannot see. And the first thing you want to know is not what to do about it, it is how bad it already is.

Silence

Nobody is writing anything at all

No attack, no crisis, nothing dramatic. Just three empty chairs on a Wednesday afternoon, a practice two streets away that is booked into next month, and no explanation for the difference that anyone in the building can name.

Quiet is harder to notice than an attack, and it costs more over a year.

A patient used to read your reviews. Now a machine reads them first and gives the patient a short answer.

The machine does not open one page and stop. It reads what is written about you across the internet: your profile, review sites, health directories, forums, local guides. Then it answers in three sentences, and most patients never go further than those three sentences.

It does not know which of those pages you control. It reads them all with the same weight.

It also does not start with you. Asked which dentist in a city is best, assistants reach for the catalogues of clinics and dentists first, and for the practices’ own websites second. Your site is not competing for that answer. The catalogue entry about you is.

That is the change. Ten years ago a neglected listing cost you some of the patients who found it. Today it feeds an answer that reaches patients who never searched for you at all.

Four things that decide whether you appear in that answer

Whether people find you by name at all

If nothing is written about your practice outside your own pages, no mentions, no articles, no reviews on third-party sites, then patients arrive only when they already know exactly what to type. Everything else is built outside your profile, not inside it.

How recent your reviews are, not how many

Two hundred reviews from last year read worse than fifteen from the last three months. A steady trickle says the practice is open and taking patients. A silent year says it might have closed, and neither a patient nor a machine can tell the difference from outside.

Whether your photos show the places a patient will actually walk through

The entrance, the reception, the room, the chair, the dentist. Dentistry has a particular version of this problem: stock photography of perfect teeth sets an expectation that the first appointment then has to survive, and a nervous patient who arrives to something unfamiliar does not come back for the second visit.

What people do on your profile once they land there

Local results are a ranking among the handful of practices within a couple of kilometres, because that is how far a patient will travel for a check-up. The exception is a practice written about widely enough that people cross the city for it, usually for implants or orthodontics, and that is built outside the profile too.

Do you know what is written about you on the pages you never made?

We check every place a dental practice in your country is likely to appear, and the list is not the same in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Alongside Google, your own site, Trustpilot and Facebook, that means Proff, Gule Sider, 1881, legelisten.no and sjekkscore.no in Norway; Hitta, Eniro and Reco in Sweden. Most owners can name two or three. How many of them carry a page about you is something you almost certainly do not know.

Two of those deserve a sentence of their own. legelisten.no and sjekkscore.no hold reviews and ratings of Norwegian clinics and dentists specifically, and a practice lands on them without doing anything at all. When we asked an assistant for the best dental clinic in a Nordic city, it built the answer out of catalogues like these first, and only then out of the practices’ own websites. The page you never made is often the page your patient’s assistant is reading about you.

Directories generate listings from public registries. Map services create them from user submissions. Review platforms open a page the first time someone writes about you. Occasionally a competitor sets one up on purpose. On every one of those pages people can leave reviews, and on none of them will you get a notification.

Three findings, in writing, within 24 hours

Where your practice exists online.

The full list, including the pages you did not create, with the reviews sitting on them.

What an AI says about your practice today.

Two questions, asked the way a patient asks them, with screenshots. One about you by name, one about the best dentist in your city.

How exposed you are if someone pushes.

Not a prediction. A description of what is currently in place if a bad week arrives.

No account access. No logins, no admin rights, nothing installed on your side.

We name what we find. We do not name what to do about it, because that is the next piece of work, and mixing the two is how owners buy things they did not need.

Every finding comes with a way to check it yourself in about two minutes. If one does not hold up, tell us and we withdraw it.

There is a limit to this, and it is worth saying plainly: what can be seen from outside, we will show you for free. What can only be seen from inside your account is not visible to anyone from outside, including us, and reading it is the paid conversation.

The people who will read your practice

Alex Nekrashevich

Twenty five years in web, five in local visibility and reputation. He runs medical reputation management himself: your check will be written by him, not assigned.

Eleven of those years were spent taking audit work from strangers on a public marketplace: 1 768 completed jobs, 1 750 of them rated positive and 18 rated negative. We quote both numbers on purpose. A record with no negatives at all is the first thing we would flag on your own profile, and we are not going to hold ourselves to a lower standard than that.

Marina

Dental practice tactics: consultations, implant cases, how the front desk turns a call into an appointment.

We work in writing. No calls, no voice messages. Everything we tell you stays readable and checkable later, and that is deliberate: spoken agreements turn into “you promised” against “I did not”.

Three things we will not do, whatever you offer

We do not delete honest criticism

We remove what is false. If a review is true, we will say so and show you what caused it, because the cause is what keeps producing more of them.

We do not take two competitors in the same neighbourhood

Not now, and not six months from now. If you are worried about that, ask us who else we work with in your city before you send anything.

We do not promise a position by a date

It can only be done dishonestly, and it collapses in the third or fourth month, usually somewhere you cannot climb back from. Anyone who gives you a rank and a deadline is describing something artificial.

We do not remove the truth about you. We remove what is false.

How many practices we take

We work with ten practices at a time. Five are running now, five places are open.

That number is arithmetic, not a sales device. Reputation work is slow and it does not stop: somebody has to read your new reviews every week, watch the pages you do not control, and notice the week something changes.

Of the five running now, two are dental practices.

Ten is where that stays careful. Past it somebody starts skimming, and skimming is exactly how a bad week turns into a bad quarter.

Questions

dental reputation management

Three things at once, and a patient reads them as one: the profile you own, the health directory pages about your practice that appeared without you, and the reviews sitting on both. For a dental practice the middle one is the loudest, because catalogues of dentists exist in every Nordic country and a practice lands on them without doing anything. The first look at all three costs nothing.

dental practice reputation management

For a practice it is three things at once: the profile patients find first, the pages on health directories that you never made, and the reviews sitting on both. A patient checks all three without telling you, and now an assistant reads all three before answering. We look at them the way that patient does, and the first look costs nothing.

reputation management for dentists

The part nobody sells you is the reading. Somebody has to open the pages about your practice every week, including the ones you do not control, and notice the week a pattern starts. What is false gets reported with the reason. What is true gets answered, and the thing that produced it gets named, because otherwise it keeps producing more.

dentist review management

Weekly, and on more than your own profile. A review about a dentist who left is still visible to the patient choosing today, and on a catalogue page nobody in your practice is watching it at all. Answering matters less for the person who wrote it than for the next twenty people who read your answer.

multi location dental seo

Every location is a separate ranking among the practices within a couple of kilometres of it, so a group with four sites is competing in four different neighbourhoods, not one city. The usual failure is one profile doing the work of four, or four profiles with details that contradict each other. Both are visible from outside in an afternoon.

chatgpt seo for dentists

It is the work of making sure that when a patient asks an AI assistant about dental care in your city, the assistant has accurate material about you to read. There is no setting to switch on inside ChatGPT. The answer is assembled from what already exists about you across the internet, so the work happens there.

how to appear in ai search for dentists

Be present, current and consistent on the pages an assistant reads: your profile, review platforms, local directories, your own site. Assistants weight recent and agreeing sources, so a practice whose phone number differs in three places is quietly harder to recommend than one whose details match everywhere.

dental reputation management service

You send the link to your practice listing and nothing else, and within twenty four hours you get three findings in writing, free, with a way to check each one yourself. If you want the rest, a full audit is 960 € and takes five working days, and ongoing care starts the next working day after that. No calls at any point, no account access for the free check, and the audit is credited back if you start ongoing care within thirty days.

Tell us where the practice is. We will look at it the way a patient does.
