Monthly care is €1,200 per month. Initial setup is €1,200. When you sign a monthly care agreement, the setup payment is credited in full towards care for the same month. You do not pay €1,200 for setup and another €1,200 for care for that same month.
What if I want to understand what AI systems say about my business?
AI visibility work focuses on what can be observed and measured about how a business is represented in AI-assisted discovery. It does not guarantee that an AI system will cite, mention or recommend a business.
What will I receive from paid work?
The result depends on the service you choose, but the current commercial commitments are concrete.
Business audit: €960. You receive a written report, a recorded walkthrough, a costed list of recommended work and a 90-day action plan. Delivery is within 5 working days after payment and after the information or access required for the agreed audit scope are available. Alex provides final sign-off on the audit package.
Initial setup: €1,200. The agreed written setup scope is completed and handed over with a concise completion list and evidence for each agreed item. Delivery is within 3 weeks after the scope is agreed, payment is received and the required information or access are available. A named Madloba Consult delivery lead is identified in the written scope before work starts.
Monthly care: €1,200 per calendar month. Work starts the next working day after the monthly care agreement is signed and the required information or access are available. A named Madloba Consult account or delivery lead is identified in the written scope. The client receives a written monthly completion summary showing completed work, evidence and any open obligations.
A listed but unfinished item is not treated as completed. For initial setup, all agreed setup items must be delivered unless an exception is explicitly agreed with the client. For monthly care, an open item may appear in the monthly report, but it remains an outstanding obligation; carrying it into a later month requires the client’s explicit agreement.
What do you not promise?
We do not treat outcomes controlled by third parties as if they were guaranteed consultant deliverables.
That includes a particular search or map position by a date, removal of a review by a platform, verification or reinstatement decisions, and citation or recommendation by an AI system.
