Madloba Consult helps local businesses with visibility, reputation, business-profile problems and related online presence. The right service depends on the problem you need solved and the level of work you need.
Short answer
The three confirmed core prices are:

- Monthly care: €1,200 per calendar month
- Initial setup: €1,200
When you sign a monthly care agreement, the €1,200 paid for initial setup is credited in full towards care for the same month. The total for setup and that month’s care is €1,200, not €2,400. The audit fee is separate and is not part of this setup credit.
A price pays for the agreed work and deliverables. It does not guarantee a search, map, review-platform or AI-system outcome.

- 90-day action plan.
Delivery: within 5 working days after payment and after the information or access required for the agreed audit scope are available.
Responsible: Alex provides final sign-off on the audit package.
Complete when: all four deliverables are present, every agreed audit area is addressed and evidence is available for each promised item.
Initial setup — €1,200
You receive: completion of the items named in the agreed written setup scope, plus a concise completion list and evidence for each agreed item.
Delivery: within 3 weeks after the written scope is agreed, payment is received and the required information or access are available.
Responsible: a named Madloba Consult delivery lead is stated in the written scope before work starts.
Complete when: every agreed setup item is delivered with evidence. An unfinished or deferred item is not complete. Any exception requires explicit agreement with the client and must remain visible in the completion record.
Monthly care — €1,200 per calendar month
You receive: the work named in that calendar month’s agreed care scope plus a written monthly completion summary showing completed items, evidence and open obligations.
Start: the next working day after the monthly care agreement is signed and the required information or access are available.
Responsible: a named Madloba Consult account or delivery lead is identified in the written scope.
Complete when: delivered items have evidence. A monthly report can contain open items, but reporting them does not mean those obligations are complete. Carry-forward to a later month requires the client’s explicit agreement and the item remains outstanding until completed or otherwise explicitly agreed.
How does the setup credit work?
Initial setup costs €1,200. Monthly care costs €1,200 per calendar month.

Review management is for a business that needs ongoing work around its public review presence rather than a one-off assessment.
The exact commercial scope of review-management work is the scope agreed for that service. If it is provided as part of monthly care, the monthly-care price remains €1,200 per calendar month; the public page does not assume that every review-management engagement has the same scope.
Do you need help with visibility on Google Maps?
This service is for a business asking why it is difficult to find in local search or on maps and what professional work can be done about the problem.
No service should be understood as a promise of a particular ranking position or a ranking position by a particular date.
Do you have more than one location?
Multi-location work is for businesses that need the same commercial problem handled across several locations while keeping the scope clear for each location.

Madloba Consult can be responsible for the work it agrees to perform. The final removal decision belongs to the platform.
Do you need help with verification or reinstatement?
Verification and reinstatement support are for businesses dealing with profile verification, suspension or restriction.
The work can be scoped and checked. The platform’s final verification or reinstatement decision cannot be guaranteed.

What should be clear before you agree to a service?
When you compare a paid service, check that its commercial terms make the following points unambiguous:

Does a quoted price guarantee a platform result?
No. A price pays for the agreed work and deliverables. It does not buy control over a search engine, map platform, review platform, AI system, customer or competitor.
That distinction matters for ranking, review removal, verification, reinstatement, AI citation and other outcomes decided partly or entirely outside Madloba Consult.
What if you do not know which service you need?
