Law firms

Your clients choose a lawyer from pages you have never opened, before they ever call

Directories, the bar register and review sites build pages about law firms and lawyers on their own, and reviews collect there whether you know about it or not. A client with a problem reads them on a phone, compares three names, and calls one of them. An AI assistant reads them before answering. And in this profession you often cannot answer back, because the facts are confidential.

We show you where those pages are, what they say, and what an assistant tells a client who asks for a lawyer like you in your city today.

Attack

Someone is writing things that are not true

Three one-star reviews in a week, all from the other side of one case, none from anyone who was ever your client. A complaint about a lawyer who left the firm in spring, still under the firm’s name. A directory page with your name, a partner who retired, and a phone number that rings in an empty office.

You cannot answer where you cannot see, and in this profession you often cannot answer at all. The first thing you want to know is not what to do about it, it is how bad it already is.

Silence

Nobody is writing anything at all

No attack, no crisis, nothing dramatic. Just a quiet month, a firm two floors down that is turning work away, and no explanation for the difference that anyone in the office can name.

Quiet is harder to notice than an attack, and it costs more over a year.

A client used to read your reviews. Now a machine reads them first and gives the client a short answer.

The machine does not open one page and stop. It reads what is written about you across the internet: your listing, the bar register, directories, review sites, forums. Then it answers in three sentences, and most clients never go further than those three sentences.

It does not know which of those pages you control. It reads them all with the same weight.

It also does not start with you. We measured this for clinics: asked which clinic in a city is best, assistants reached for the catalogues first and for the clinics’ own websites second. For a law firm the catalogues are the register and the directories, and they list you whether you asked or not. Your site is not competing for that answer. The page about you on those catalogues is.

That is the change. Ten years ago a neglected listing cost you some of the clients who found it. Today it feeds an answer that reaches clients who never searched for you at all.

Four things that decide whether you appear in that answer

Whether people find you by name at all

A client does not type your name. They type the problem and the city: a divorce, a dismissal, an inheritance, a lease. Whether you come back is decided outside your own pages: the register entry, the directories, the reviews on sites you do not own. If nothing is written about your firm out there, you appear only to people who were referred and already know exactly what to type.

How recent your reviews are, not how many

Forty reviews from three years ago read worse than eight from the last six months. A steady trickle says the firm is taking cases. A silent year says it might have closed or merged, and neither a client nor a machine can tell the difference from outside.

Whether your photos show the people a client will actually sit across from

The entrance, the meeting room, the lawyers by name. Law firms have a particular version of this problem: a stock photo of a gavel and a handshake says nothing to a person who is about to trust you with a divorce, and the firm two floors down with a photo of a real person and a real room gets the call.

What people do on your profile once they land there

A client compares three firms in the city, reads the reviews of the named lawyers, and calls one. The exception is a lawyer written about widely enough that people cross the country for them, usually in one narrow field, and that is built outside the profile too.

Do you know what is written about you on the pages you never made?

We check every place a law firm in your country is likely to appear, and the list is not the same in Norway and Sweden. Alongside Google, your own site, Facebook and Trustpilot, that means the bar register of your country, which lists every licensed lawyer whether they asked or not, and the directories of the country: Proff, Gule Sider and 1881 in Norway; Hitta and Eniro in Sweden. Most partners can name two or three. How many of them carry a page about you is something you almost certainly do not know.

One of those deserves a sentence of its own. On the register and on the directories the entry is about a person, not a firm: a lawyer who left three years ago may still be listed at your address, with your phone number, and the reviews written about them still sit under your name.

Directories generate listings from public registries. Map services create them from user submissions. Review platforms open a page the first time someone writes about you. Occasionally a competitor sets one up on purpose. On every one of those pages people can leave reviews, and on none of them will you get a notification.

Three findings, in writing, within 24 hours

Where your firm exists online.

The full list, including the pages you did not create, with the reviews sitting on them.

What an AI says about your firm today.

Two questions, asked the way a client asks them, with screenshots. One about you by name, one about the best lawyer for a problem like theirs in your city.

How exposed you are if someone pushes.

Not a prediction. A description of what is currently in place if a bad week arrives.

No account access. No logins, no admin rights, nothing installed on your side.

We name what we find. We do not name what to do about it, because that is the next piece of work, and mixing the two is how owners buy things they did not need.

Every finding comes with a way to check it yourself in about two minutes. If one does not hold up, tell us and we withdraw it.

There is a limit to this, and it is worth saying plainly: what can be seen from outside, we will show you for free. What can only be seen from inside your account is not visible to anyone from outside, including us, and reading it is the paid conversation.

The people who will read your firm

Alexandr Temnosahaty

Law firms: what a client reads before the first call, and how a review is answered when the facts of the case cannot be.

Alex Nekrashevich

Twenty five years in web, five in local visibility and reputation. Your check will be written by him, not assigned.

Eleven of those years were spent taking audit work from strangers on a public marketplace: 1 768 completed jobs, 1 750 of them rated positive and 18 rated negative. We quote both numbers on purpose. A record with no negatives at all is the first thing we would flag on your own listing, and we are not going to hold ourselves to a lower standard than that.

We work in writing. No calls, no voice messages. Everything we tell you stays readable and checkable later, and that is deliberate: spoken agreements turn into “you promised” against “I did not”.

Three things we will not do, whatever you offer

We do not delete honest criticism

We remove what is false. If a review is true, we will say so and show you what caused it, because the cause is what keeps producing more of them.

We do not take two competitors in the same neighbourhood

Not now, and not six months from now. If you are worried about that, ask us who else we work with in your city before you send anything.

We do not promise a position by a date

It can only be done dishonestly, and it collapses in the third or fourth month, usually somewhere you cannot climb back from. Anyone who gives you a rank and a deadline is describing something artificial.

We do not remove the truth about you. We remove what is false.

How many firms we take

We work with five law firms at a time. None is running yet, so all five places are open.

That number is arithmetic, not a sales device. Reputation work is slow and it does not stop: somebody has to read your new reviews every week, watch the pages you do not control, and notice the week something changes.

The first firm gets a team that has been waiting for it.

Five is where that stays careful. Past it somebody starts skimming, and skimming is exactly how a bad week turns into a bad quarter.

Questions

law firm reputation management

For a firm it is three things a client reads as one: the listing you own, the pages about you on the bar register, the directories and the review sites that appeared without you, and the reviews sitting on all of them. The middle one is the loudest for a law firm, because the register and the directories list every lawyer by name, at your address, whether anyone asked or not. The first look at all three costs nothing.

lawyer reputation management

A review of a lawyer is about a person, by name, and it follows the person, not the firm. It stays on the page after the lawyer leaves, it is read by the next client choosing today, and on a directory page nobody at the firm is watching it at all. The work is knowing which pages name your people, keeping the names and the address current on all of them, and answering, within what can be said, on the ones a client actually reads.

reputation management for lawyers

The difference from any other business is that you cannot reply with the facts. A review that gets the case wrong cannot be corrected in public, so the answer is short, calm and about the firm, and the false one is reported to the platform with the reason instead. What is honest gets an answer the next twenty readers will see. And the thing that produced it, a missed call, a bill nobody explained, gets named, because otherwise it keeps producing more.

reputation management lawyers

A client almost never searches for you by name. They search for the problem and the city, a divorce lawyer, a dismissal, an inheritance, and they choose from what the search, the register or an assistant shows them, usually three names side by side. So the question is not what your site says. It is what the pages about you say, whether they agree with each other, and whether anyone answered. That is what we look at first, and the first look is free.

online reputation management for lawyers

Online, for a firm, mostly means pages you do not own: the register entry, the directory pages under each lawyer’s name, the map listing, the review sites. A client reads three of them in a minute and never opens your site. What decides the call is whether they agree with each other, whether the people listed still work there, and whether the last ten reviews got an answer. All of that is visible from outside, which is why the first look can be free.

reputation management attorney

The review a firm fears most comes from the other side of a case: somebody who was never your client, writing about a lawyer by name. Platforms remove reviews from people who were not customers, but only when asked, with the reason, in the week it appears, and nobody at the firm is usually watching the page it appeared on. That reading, weekly, is the work. A run of them in one week is an attack, and it gets a different answer from a single one.

legal reputation management

You send the link to your listing and nothing else, and within twenty four hours you get three findings in writing, free, with a way to check each one yourself. If you want the rest, a full audit is 960 € and takes five working days, and monthly care is 1 200 € for one location, starting the next working day after the audit. No calls at any point, no account access for the free check, and the audit is credited back if you start monthly care within thirty days.

Tell us where the firm is. We will look at it the way a client does.
