The department your agency does not have, without hiring it

You have people who build sites, people who run ads, people who design. Nobody runs your clients’ Google listings, reads their reviews every week, or checks what the assistants say about them. We do that as your department, white label: under your name, on your letterhead if you want it, in writing, per location.

Your client stays your client, and that is in the contract. You present us as your own outsourced department for reputation and Google Maps, and your client need never know there is anyone else. Start with the free check on one of your clients’ listings.

reputation management for agencies

In May 2026 we asked 97 marketing agencies in Norway, one by one, on LinkedIn and on Facebook, who runs their clients’ Google listings. Almost none of them did. The work falls between the development department, the advertising department and the design department, because it is weekly, it is per location, and it never looks urgent until the client asks who has been answering their reviews.

That is the department we are. It sits inside your agency the way your ads team does: your client talks to you, you talk to us, and the report that reaches the client has your name on it.

Your client seesYou seeWe see
Your name on the reportThe report before the client doesThe listing, the reviews, the directories
Your account managerEvery listing, every location, one tableThe grid of points, run monthly
Answers to reviews in the client’s voiceWhat was reported, and whyThe pages the assistants read
Nothing about usUs, every week, in writingNothing of your client’s contract

The last row is the contract. The rest is the work.

Whose name is on the report

Paid work can carry yours. Send us your logo and your letterhead, and the audit, the monthly report and the answers to reviews go out looking like your agency made them, because from the client’s side it did. There is no extra charge for that, and no white label price list: it is the same price, on a different letterhead.

The free check cannot. It goes out on our letterhead only, and it may not be shown to anyone as your work. The line is simple: what you paid for is yours to sign; what was free is ours. Once the client is on paid work, everything that follows is yours.

One guarantee, in the contract

We do not take your clients, and we do not work with them directly. Every message to the end client goes through you or under your name. If their owner writes to us, the answer is that they have an agency, and the agency is you. That sentence is in the contract, not in a conversation.

It is the fear that stops most agencies from bringing in a department they do not own, and it is the only fear worth taking seriously. So it is the first thing we put in writing.

Why not a freelancer

The usual way an agency fills this gap is one person who knows Google listings, found through a recruiter. It works until it does not: they fall ill, get a job, or lose interest, and the client’s listing stops being read on a Tuesday nobody notices.

We are a team, the reading is scheduled, the report is written, and if one person is away the listing is still read that week. For an agency with ten clients on the map, continuity is the whole point.

What the monthly work is, per location

What is doneHow often
Reviews, read and answered in the client’s voiceEvery week
Categories, services, hours, photographs and posts on the listingEvery month
Name, address and phone, checked on the directories that copied the clientEvery month
What is false, reported with the reason written outThe week it appears
The grid of points, run from the client’s addressOnce a month, same date
The two questions to the assistants, with screenshotsOnce a month

It is the same work we do for our own clients, and it is described on this site page by page. Nothing is a lighter version for agencies.

What the work on a listing is

What arrives

One report per client per month, on your letterhead, and one table for you across all of them: which listings moved on the grid, which reviews arrived and what was answered, what was reported and why, and which assistants named the client this month.

Every number in it comes from a source that can be opened: a screenshot, a table, a page. You can hand it to the client as it is, or put it in your own format. Both happen.

What this costs

There is one price list. It is public, it is in euros, and it is the same for agencies and for the businesses that come to us directly. When it changes, it changes on this site, and from that date for everyone who is not on a fixed-term contract. That is how we avoid telling one client one thing and another client another.

LocationsA monthPer location
11 200 €1 200 €
21 800 €900 €
32 200 €733 €
53 000 €600 €
105 000 €500 €

Locations across different clients count together: five clients with one listing each are five locations. What you charge your client on top is your business, and we will never tell them what it was. Postpaid, no prepayment and no minimum term, per location, so a client who leaves you stops being invoiced the same month.

The full price list, with the hours

Three things we will not do

We will not contact your client. Not to sell, not to ask, not to say hello. If they write to us, they are told they have an agency.

We will not take the same business from two agencies, or from an agency and directly. A listing has one owner on our side, and it is whoever brought it first.

We will not put your name on the free check. Paid work goes out on your letterhead; the free one is ours, and it is not to be shown as anyone else’s.

Fifty reviews for work on Google listings, 2022–2026, by service

Questions

white label reputation management

The work on a business’s listing and reviews, done by one company and delivered under another company’s name, usually an agency’s. Ours is the same monthly care we sell directly, on your letterhead if you send it, at the same price, with a contract that says we never contact your client.

reputation management for agencies

A department that reads your clients’ reviews every week, keeps their Google listings in order, reports what is false, and measures the map and the assistants once a month, per location, under your name. Priced per location on the same table as for a chain; what you charge on top is yours.

outsource reputation management

Hand over the listing, the reviews and the directories for each client, and get back a monthly report per client, on your letterhead, and one table across all of them. Communication with the client stays with you. The work is scheduled, not done when somebody has time, which is the difference from having one person do it inside.

white label reputation management companies

The honest ones publish the hours behind the price, put the no-contact rule in the contract, charge nothing extra for the letterhead, and give you the same report they give their own clients. Ours is on this site page by page, and the network table on the pricing page is the price.

online reputation management reseller

You are invoiced per location, postpaid, on the network table, and you invoice your client whatever you decide. There is no reseller price and no white label surcharge: one public price list, in euros, for everyone. A client who leaves you stops being invoiced to you the same month.

What an agency pays per location

1 200 € for one location, 900 € each for two, 733 € for three, 600 € for five and 500 € for ten, and locations across different clients count together. It is the same table as for a chain, published on the pricing page with the hours behind each number, and it is the same whether the report carries our name or yours.

How it starts

With one client’s listing and the free check, in writing, within 24 hours, on our letterhead. If it is useful, the first location goes onto paid work, your logo and letterhead come to us, and the contract with the no-contact rule is signed before the first invoice. Setup of a listing takes three weeks; the reading of reviews starts the first week.

white label review management

Reviews read every week on the client’s profile and on the pages that copied it, answered in the client’s voice, and reported with the reason where they are false, with the answers and the report going out under your name. It is a part of monthly care, not a separate product, and it is described on its own page on this site.

can agencies use llm audits for seo

Yes, and it is the part clients ask about most this year. The two questions a customer asks, put to four assistants and recorded with screenshots and sources, is a measurement on its own at 300 €, and a line in every monthly report. On paid work it goes out on your letterhead like everything else.
