What information do we ask you to send?

When you use the Madloba Consult enquiry/check form, you may be asked for:

• your email address;
• either the public Google Maps link for the business you want us to look at, or the business name and city;
• an optional branch where that distinction is relevant;
• an optional message explaining what is happening.

Before submission, the form asks for this consent:

I agree that Madloba Consult may use what I send to prepare and send the check.

Please do not send passwords, cookies, API keys, login credentials, authentication codes or other account secrets through the public form.

Why do we use what you send?

We use the information you submit to identify the business you are asking about, understand the request, prepare the requested check and send or discuss the result through the contact route you provide.

Submitting the form does not by itself create a paid-service order, change a published service scope or guarantee an outcome from Google, another platform or an AI system.

What is the legal basis for handling an enquiry?

For the enquiry you submit through Form19, processing is based on Article 5(1)(j) of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection: processing is admissible when it is necessary to review an application submitted by the data subject in order to provide services.

Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, Article 5(1)(b) may apply to that specific processing.

Consent is used only for processing that actually depends on consent, including optional analytics where applicable. Direct marketing requires separate consent under Article 12.

How is a form submission handled?

We store form submissions in the site’s WordPress database, hosted by Beget. We also send an email notification to the Gmail mailbox used to handle enquiries. You can contact us at info@madlobaconsult.com.

How long do we keep an enquiry?

Form submissions and related Gmail enquiry messages that are kept only as enquiry records are retained for 12 months from the last substantive contact about that enquiry. If there is no follow-up after submission, the 12-month period runs from the submission date.

Records that become part of a client relationship, contract, accounting record, dispute or another separately justified record are handled under the retention basis that applies to that record.

Deleting an enquiry from the live systems does not mean that an already-created backup copy disappears immediately. Backup copies expire through the actual backup rotation.

What should you avoid sending?

Please do not send:

• passwords;
• cookies or session data;
• API keys;
• authentication codes;
• private account credentials;
• client-confidential documents unless Madloba Consult has specifically agreed a suitable transfer route for that work.

If account access is required for a paid scope, the access method is agreed separately from the public enquiry form.

Cookies

Koko Analytics is currently disabled on madlobaconsult.com.

Google Analytics 4 is connected to this website, but analytics remains off unless you choose Allow site analytics. Before that choice, analytics storage is denied and this implementation does not load the external Google Analytics script.

If you reject analytics or later withdraw permission through Cookie settings, analytics is disabled and the Google Analytics cookies set through this website are removed.

When analytics is allowed, we record limited page and form events to understand which pages help visitors and whether the enquiry route is working. We do not send your email address, phone number, enquiry text, business details, request reference or full query strings to Google Analytics.

What rights do you have?

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you may ask for information about whether and how your personal data are processed, request access to and a copy of your data, request correction or completion where appropriate, and exercise the other rights provided by Chapter III of that Law, including termination or erasure, blocking, data transmission where applicable and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Current service terms

Business audit — €960

The business audit costs €960.

You receive:

1. a written report;
2. a recorded walkthrough;
3. a costed list of recommended work;
4. a 90-day action plan.

Delivery is within 5 working days after:

• payment has been received; and
• the information or access required for the agreed audit scope are available.

Alex provides final sign-off on the audit package.

The audit is complete when all four promised deliverables are present, every area named in the agreed audit scope is addressed and the client can identify the evidence for each promised item.

Initial setup — €1,200

Initial setup costs €1,200.

The work consists of the items named in the agreed written setup scope. The client receives a concise completion list and evidence for the agreed items.

Delivery is within 3 weeks after:

• the written scope is agreed;
• payment is received; and
• the required information or access are available.

A named Madloba Consult delivery lead is identified in the written scope before work starts.

An unfinished or deferred agreed setup item is not treated as completed. An exception requires explicit agreement with the client and the remaining item stays visible in the completion record.

Monthly care — €1,200 per calendar month

Monthly care costs €1,200 per calendar month.

Work starts the next working day after:

• the monthly care agreement is signed; and
• the required information or access are available.

A named Madloba Consult account or delivery lead is identified in the written scope.

The client receives a written monthly completion summary showing completed work, evidence and open obligations.

An open item does not become complete because it is listed in the monthly report. Carry-forward to a later month requires the client’s explicit agreement and remains outstanding until completed or otherwise explicitly agreed.

How does the setup credit work?

When a monthly care agreement is signed, the €1,200 already paid for initial setup is credited in full towards care for that same calendar month.

Setup plus that month’s care therefore totals €1,200, not €2,400.

The €960 business audit is separate and is not part of this setup credit.

What is not guaranteed?

Madloba Consult can commit to the agreed work and deliverables.

It cannot guarantee decisions or outcomes controlled by third parties, including:

• Google profile or review decisions;
• search or map ranking positions;
• removal of content that a platform decides does not violate its policies;
• citation, inclusion or recommendation by an AI system.

What information or access can be required for paid work?

The written scope identifies the information or access needed for the agreed service.

The public enquiry form is not the route for sending passwords, cookies, API keys or other account secrets.

Where access is required, the access method and scope are agreed separately.

When is a deliverable complete?

A promised item is complete only when it has actually been delivered with the evidence required by the written scope.

A missing or materially incomplete promised item does not become complete because it appears in a report or handover note.

წერილობით მოცულობაში სახელობით განისაზღვრება Madloba Consult-ის კლიენტთან ურთიერთობაზე ან სამუშაოს შესრულებაზე პასუხისმგებელი ხელმძღვანელი.

კლიენტი იღებს წერილობით ყოველთვიურ შეჯამებას, რომელშიც ნაჩვენებია დასრულებული სამუშაო, მტკიცებულებები და ღია ვალდებულებები.

ღია პუნქტი დასრულებულად არ ითვლება მხოლოდ იმიტომ, რომ ის ყოველთვიურ ანგარიშშია მითითებული. მისი მოგვიანებით თვეში გადატანა კლიენტის მკაფიო თანხმობას მოითხოვს და პუნქტი შეუსრულებლად რჩება, სანამ არ დასრულდება ან მხარეები სხვაგვარად მკაფიოდ არ შეთანხმდებიან.

როგორ ხდება საწყისი გამართვის საფასურის ჩათვლა?

ყოველთვიური მხარდაჭერის ხელშეკრულების ხელმოწერისას საწყისი გამართვისთვის უკვე გადახდილი €1,200 სრულად ჩაითვლება იმავე კალენდარული თვის მხარდაჭერის საფასურში.

შესაბამისად, საწყისი გამართვისა და იმავე თვის მხარდაჭერის ჯამური ღირებულებაა €1,200 და არა €2,400.

ბიზნესის აუდიტი, რომლის ღირებულებაა €960, ცალკე მომსახურებაა და ამ ჩათვლაში არ შედის.

რა არ არის გარანტირებული?

Madloba Consult-ს შეუძლია აიღოს ვალდებულება შეთანხმებული სამუშაოსა და მისაწოდებელი შედეგების შესრულებაზე.

ის ვერ იძლევა მესამე მხარის მიერ კონტროლირებული გადაწყვეტილებებისა და შედეგების გარანტიას, მათ შორის:

• Google-ის პროფილთან ან შეფასებებთან დაკავშირებული გადაწყვეტილებები;
• ძიებაში ან რუკაზე რეიტინგული პოზიციები;

რა ინფორმაცია ან წვდომა შეიძლება იყოს საჭირო ფასიანი სამუშაოსთვის?

წერილობით მოცულობაში განისაზღვრება შეთანხმებული მომსახურებისთვის საჭირო ინფორმაცია ან წვდომა.

საჯარო მიმართვის ფორმა არ გამოიყენება პაროლების, cookie-ფაილების, API-გასაღებების ან ანგარიშის სხვა საიდუმლო მონაცემების გასაგზავნად.

თუ წვდომა საჭიროა, მისი მეთოდი და მოცულობა ცალკე თანხმდება.

როდის ითვლება მისაწოდებელი შედეგი დასრულებულად?

დაპირებული პუნქტი მხოლოდ მაშინ ითვლება დასრულებულად, როცა ის რეალურად არის მიწოდებული წერილობითი მოცულობით მოთხოვნილ მტკიცებულებებთან ერთად.

დაპირებული პუნქტი, რომელიც არ არის მიწოდებული ან არსებითად არასრულია, დასრულებულად არ ითვლება მხოლოდ იმიტომ, რომ ანგარიშში ან გადაცემის ჩანაწერშია მოხსენიებული.
