What will I receive, and how will I know the work was done?
On this page
A useful service result is something you can identify after the work is finished. You should not have to understand an agency's internal process to know whether the agreed work was delivered.
Madloba Consult uses this page to explain the public side of the result: the agreed scope, the deliverables, the evidence of handover, responsibility for the agreed work and the way a missing or materially incomplete item can be identified.
Short answer
Before work starts, the service should tell you what is included and what you will receive. After delivery, you should be able to compare those promises with the items handed over. The exact deliverables, timing, price and remedy depend on the confirmed terms of the specific service.
What are the current service commitments?
Business audit — €960
- Result: written report, recorded walkthrough, costed list of recommended work and 90-day action plan.
- Timing: within 5 working days after payment and the required information or access are available.
- Responsibility: Alex provides final sign-off.
- Complete when: all four deliverables are present, every agreed audit area is addressed and evidence exists for each promised item.
Initial setup — €1,200
- Result: completion of every item named in the agreed written setup scope, with a concise completion list and evidence.
- Timing: within 3 weeks after scope, payment and required information or access are in place.
- Responsibility: a named Madloba Consult delivery lead is identified before work starts.
- Complete when: every agreed setup item is delivered with evidence. A deferred or unfinished item is not complete. An exception requires explicit agreement with the client and remains visible in the completion record.
Monthly care — €1,200 per calendar month
- Result: the work named in that calendar month’s agreed scope plus a written monthly completion summary.
- Start: the next working day after the monthly care agreement is signed and the required information or access are available.
- Responsibility: a named Madloba Consult account or delivery lead is identified in the written scope.
- Complete when: delivered items have evidence. An open item may be listed in the monthly report, but that listing does not complete the obligation. Carry-forward to a later month requires explicit client agreement and remains an outstanding obligation until completed or otherwise explicitly agreed.
What should be clear before work starts?
The commercial scope should make the following points understandable:
- what service you are buying;
- what is included and excluded;
- what deliverables are due;
- the agreed delivery or service period;
- the price and billing unit;
- what information or access you need to provide;
- who is responsible for the agreed deliverable;
- what evidence will show that it was handed over.
The relevant service page and Pricing should carry the confirmed commercial details.
What counts as a deliverable?
A deliverable is an item named in the agreed scope that remains available to the client after the work is done.
Depending on the service, the format might be a written document, a list, a table, a screenshot, a set of completed changes or another clearly identified output. Those examples describe forms of evidence, not a promise that every service contains every item.
For the paid audit, use the current Audit page and agreed audit terms for the exact deliverables.
How can I verify delivery without seeing your internal method?
Use the agreed scope as the checklist.
Ask four simple questions:
- Is each promised deliverable present?
- Can I identify the evidence that it was handed over?
- Can I tell which agreed items were completed and which were not?
- If something is missing or materially incomplete, can I identify the exact item I am raising?
This makes the service checkable without publishing internal scoring, tool chains, production sequences or real client report templates.
What evidence can show that an item was delivered?
Evidence depends on the deliverable. It may be the delivered file, a visible completed change, a dated screenshot, a link to an agreed public result or another form named in the scope.
The important point is that the evidence should relate to the promised item. A vague statement that work was done is not the same as evidence of a specific deliverable.
Who is responsible for the result?
Responsibility follows the current terms of the service you agreed to buy. A named person or sign-off is only part of the public promise when it is actually included in those terms.
Madloba Consult can be responsible for agreed work and deliverables. It cannot control decisions made by Google, another platform, an AI system, customers, competitors or the market.

What if a platform controls the final outcome?
Then the platform outcome and the consultant's work must be treated separately.
For example, Madloba Consult may perform agreed work around a review, verification issue or visibility problem, while the final removal, verification, reinstatement or ranking decision remains outside its control.
The same applies to AI citation or recommendation.
What if something agreed is missing?
A promised item is complete only when it has actually been delivered with the evidence required by the written scope.
For initial setup, every agreed setup item must be completed. If an exception is needed, it must be explicitly agreed with the client and the remaining item must stay visible in the completion record.
For monthly care, the monthly report may show open items, but the report itself does not satisfy those obligations. Carry-forward to a later month requires the client’s explicit agreement, and the item remains outstanding until it is completed or otherwise explicitly agreed.
For the business audit, all four promised deliverables and all agreed audit areas must be present before the package is complete.
Why do you not publish your full SOP or a real report template?
Because the client needs a clear description of the purchased result, not Madloba Consult's private operating system.
The public site can explain the scope, deliverables, evidence and acceptance criteria without publishing internal algorithms, scoring, exact production sequences or real client reports.
Where do I see the commercial terms for a specific service?
Use the relevant service page together with Pricing and Guarantees. For the paid audit, start with Audit.
FAQ
Is this page the full Madloba Consult working method?
No. It explains what a client receives and how delivery can be checked. Internal SOP, scoring, weights, tools and production sequences are not published here.
Do all services include the same deliverables?
No. The exact deliverables come from the confirmed scope of the specific service.
Does a completed deliverable guarantee a Google ranking result?
No. Delivery of agreed work and an external platform outcome are different things.
Can I ask for a real client report as a template?
Real client reports and working report templates are not public. The site can explain the type of result and how it is checked without exposing confidential material or internal IP.
What should I do if I cannot identify what was delivered?
Compare the delivery with the written scope and name the specific agreed item that is unclear, missing or materially incomplete. Use the written contact route for that question.
Does listing an unfinished item in a report count as completion?
No. An unfinished or deferred agreed item is not completed merely because it is listed in a report or handover note.
Can unfinished monthly-care work be moved into the next month?
Only with the client’s explicit agreement. The item remains an outstanding obligation until it is completed or otherwise explicitly agreed.
