How can I contact you if I do not have my Google Maps link?

You can contact Madloba Consult in writing even if you do not know the link to your business profile.

Use your email address and either the correct public Google Maps link or your business name and city. Add a short description of the problem so the enquiry can be understood without requiring you to know the marketing term.

Short answer

What information should I send?

For a first written enquiry, provide:

  • Email address — so there is a written reply route.
  • Google Maps business link — if you already have the correct public link.
  • Business name and city — use these instead of the link if you do not have it.
  • What is happening — a short description of the problem or question.

Do not send passwords, cookies, API keys or other account secrets through the public form.

How do I find and share my business on Google Maps?

Find your business in Google Maps, check that you have the right location, and share its public link. Open the link once to check it, then paste it into your enquiry. If you cannot find a link, send your business name, city and email address.

How do I choose the right business?

Search Google Maps for your business name and city. Open the matching listing and check the name, city and displayed address. For a business with several branches, select the branch you want us to look at. If no street address is displayed, check the other public details you recognise. Do not choose a nearby business or place a new pin as a substitute.

How do I get the link on a computer?

  1. Open Google Maps in your browser and select the correct business and branch.
  2. Click Share in the business listing.
  3. Choose Send a link, then Copy link.
  4. Open the copied link separately in a new browser tab and check that it shows the same business and branch.
  5. Paste the checked link into your enquiry.

If your desktop layout offers the menu route, you can instead use MenuShare or embed mapSend a linkCopy link. Open and check that link before pasting it. See Google Maps help for computers.

How do I get the link on Android?

  1. Open the Google Maps app and find your business.
  2. Tap the business name or address at the bottom to open its details, then tap Share.
  3. Use an available sharing option to get the link into your enquiry.

See Google Maps help for Android.

How do I get the link on an iPhone?

  1. Open the Google Maps app on your iPhone and find your business.
  2. Tap the business name or address at the bottom, then tap Share.
  3. Use an available sharing option to get the link into your enquiry.

See Google Maps help for iPhone and iPad.

What if my phone does not show a copy option?

Use a copy option if one is available. Otherwise, choose a messaging or email app that lets you put the shared link into an editable draft. Copy the link from that draft, then paste it into your enquiry; you do not need to send the draft. If this is not available on your phone, use the computer steps or send your business name, city and email address.

How do I check the link before sending it?

Open the copied link in a new browser tab, preferably a private window, and confirm that it shows the same business and branch. If it opens only a general map or a different place, return to the correct listing and try again.

Use the public listing link. A review-request link, live location, directions, a management page or map embed code is not suitable for this field. Google provides a separate link for requesting reviews.

What if I cannot find my business on Google Maps?

You can still contact us. Give your business name, city and email address. If there are several branches or similar listings, add the branch or address you mean. You do not need to create a new profile just to make an enquiry.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Describe the business and the problem in ordinary language. You do not need to choose the technical term before contacting us.

The current core commercial options are:

  • Business audit — €960: written report, recorded walkthrough, costed list of recommended work and 90-day action plan; delivered within 5 working days after payment and the required audit information or access are available; Alex provides final sign-off.
  • Initial setup — €1,200: agreed setup scope completed within 3 weeks after scope, payment and required information or access are in place; a named delivery lead is identified before work starts.
  • Monthly care — €1,200 per calendar month: starts the next working day after the agreement and required information or access are in place; a named account or delivery lead is identified in the written scope.

If you sign a monthly care agreement, the €1,200 setup payment is credited in full towards care for that same calendar month. Setup plus that month’s care totals €1,200, not €2,400. The audit fee is separate.
