The audit assesses the areas named in the scope agreed for your business. You can see what is included before the work starts and use the same scope when you check the completed delivery.
Madloba Consult does not publish its internal order of work, scoring, weights, tool chain or production sequence.
What is not included in the audit?
The audit is not a guarantee that a third party will produce a particular result.
That includes:
- a particular Google or map position by a date;
- removal of a review by a platform;
- verification or reinstatement of a business profile;
- citation, mention or recommendation by an AI system.
Implementation, ongoing management, development, content production, advertising work, third-party fees and other additional work must not be assumed to be included unless they are part of the confirmed scope.

If required client inputs are incomplete, the delivery clock has not started.

The setup credit used with monthly care does not apply to the audit fee.
What information do you need from me?
The information required depends on the confirmed audit scope.

How do I check that the audit was delivered?
The audit is complete only when:
- the written report has been delivered;
- the recorded walkthrough has been delivered;
- the costed list of recommended work has been delivered;
- the 90-day action plan has been delivered;
- every area named in the agreed audit scope is addressed; and
- you can identify the evidence for each promised item.
A missing or materially incomplete promised item does not become complete because it is mentioned in a handover note.
What does the audit not promise?
The audit does not promise a particular search or map position by a particular date.
It does not promise that a platform will remove a review, verify or reinstate a profile, or that an AI system will cite or recommend the business.
Those outcomes are not controlled by Madloba Consult. The checkable part of the service is the work and deliverables that Madloba Consult actually agrees to provide.
What happens after the audit?
If the audit identifies further work, the next service must be understood from its own current scope and commercial terms.
Monthly care is €1,200 per month and initial setup is €1,200. If you sign a monthly care agreement, the setup payment is credited in full towards care for that same month. This setup credit does not apply to the €960 audit fee.
