You cannot delete a Google review. You can report it, answer it, or outlast it.

Nobody can take a review down: not you, not us, not a company that promises to. Google removes what breaks its own rules, when it is asked properly, and it keeps everything else. Most of the reviews people want gone are real, and real ones stay.

This page is the line between the two, so you stop paying for the wrong thing. Where a review breaks the rules, we report it the week it appears, with the reason written out. Where it does not, there is still work to do, and it is not deleting. Start with the free check.

What Google removes, and what it keeps

Google has one list of reasons, and a report that does not name one of them goes nowhere. Being unfair is not on the list. Being wrong about you is, when it can be shown.

Google removes itGoogle keeps it
A review about somebody who never was your customer, when that can be shownA one-star review with no text
A review about a different business with a similar nameA review that is unfair, exaggerated, or angry
A review written by a competitor, an ex-employee, or on their behalfA review from a customer you remember, however it went
A review posted to a page with an address you leftA review about a real visit, with facts you dispute
Threats, personal data, hate, and off-topic rantsA review that is old, and still true
Reviews bought, traded, or written in bulkA review you answered badly, and now regret

The left column is about the review. The right column is about you. Google will only ever act on the left.

How a report works

A report is filed from the profile, against one review, with one reason from Google’s list, and it is decided by Google, not argued. It takes days, not hours, and the answer is often no. There is one appeal, and after that the review stays. A report without a written reason is the most common way to waste the only appeal you get.

So the reason is written out before anything is filed: who the reviewer is, why the visit could not have happened, which page the review actually belongs to. That is the work. Clicking the button is not.

What to do with a review that is real

Three things, and none of them is deleting. Answer it, in the voice of the business, for the next twenty people who will read it and not for the person who wrote it. Fix what it names, if the same complaint has arrived more than once. And keep the reviews coming, because what a listing shows first is what is recent, and one review from last year sinks under ten from this month.

That is not a consolation. It is how listings actually move. A profile with one bad review and forty recent good ones is in better shape than a profile with nothing at all, and it is a great deal cheaper than a lawyer.

How recent reviews weigh

When it is an attack

Twelve reviews in a week from accounts that have reviewed nothing else, or a grocery in one country and your clinic in another, is not customers. It is reported as a set, with the pattern written out, because one report about one review does not show a pattern and twelve reports that do will be read together.

There is also a legal route, and it is different in each of the four countries we work in. It is a conversation with a lawyer, not with us, and we will say so the day it becomes the right conversation rather than sell you a month of reporting instead.

What we do

What is doneHow often
Every new review read, on your profile and on the pages you do not controlEvery week
What is false reported, with the reason written outThe week it appears
What needs an answer answered, for the people who read nextEvery week
Patterns named: a run of reviews, a repeat complaint, a competitor’s handWhen they appear
The table of reviews by platform, markedEvery month

This is a part of monthly care, not a product beside it. The reading is what finds the review that can be reported; the answering is what handles the ones that cannot.

What weekly reading of reviews is

What this costs

There is no price per removed review, here or anywhere honest, because nobody can deliver one. Google decides. Anyone quoting you a price per removal is selling either a report you could file yourself, or something that breaks the rules it claims to use.

Reporting what is false, with the reason, is inside the 1 200 € a month of care, and the table of your reviews, marked, is inside the 960 € audit. Postpaid, no prepayment and no minimum term.

The full price list, with the hours

Three things we will not do

We will not promise a removal. Google decides, and anyone who promises otherwise is promising something they do not control.

We will not report a review that is real. A report with an invented reason is a lie told to Google in your name, and it uses up the one appeal a real case would need.

We will not bury a review under bought ones. That is the subject of its own page, and the answer there is the same.

What clients said

The card got a new life, and with it views and transitions, route building and calls. Special thanks for working out negative feedback from competitors and tips on maintaining a profile.

Helped very well. An active account, work with reviews and reputation, a lot of different chips that you didn't know about. Thank you very much for your help and promptness.

Questions

can businesses delete google reviews

No. A business can report a review to Google, answer it publicly, or ask the person who wrote it to take it down, and that is the whole list. Google removes reviews that break its own rules, when a report shows how, and leaves everything else where it is.

how to delete google reviews

You cannot delete a review of your business; only the person who wrote it can. What you can do is report it from your profile, against one reason from Google’s list, with the reason written out, and then answer it while you wait, because most reports come back as no and the answer is what the next reader sees either way.

how to remove bad reviews from google my business

A bad review is removed only if it is also a false one: about someone who was never your customer, about a different business, from a competitor, or bought. If it is bad and real, it stays, and the work is answering it and letting newer reviews arrive, because what a listing shows first is what is recent.

how to get google to remove a review

Name the rule it breaks and show it. A report that says the review is unfair goes nowhere; a report that says the reviewer never visited, with the reason it can be known, gets read. File it from the profile, once, with the reason written out, and expect days rather than hours. There is one appeal after a no.

remove google review service

The honest version of that service is reading every review the week it arrives, reporting the ones that break the rules with the reason written out, and answering the rest. Ours is part of monthly care at 1 200 € a month. The dishonest version quotes a price per removed review, which nobody can deliver.

how much does it cost to remove a google review

Nothing, and nobody can charge you for it honestly, because nobody can guarantee it: a report is free to file and Google decides. What costs money is the reading and the reasoning behind a report, and the answering of everything that cannot be reported. With us that sits inside 1 200 € a month, or inside the 960 € audit as a marked table.

How long a report takes

Days, not hours, and sometimes weeks, and the answer is often no. Google does not publish a deadline and we will not invent one. What we control is that the report is filed the week the review appears, with the reason written out, so the waiting starts early and only starts once.

how to respond to fake reviews on google

Briefly, once, and without arguing. Say that you have no record of the visit and that you have reported the review; that sentence is written for the next reader, who will see that you noticed. Then file the report with the reason, and do not answer again.

is review bombing illegal

Sometimes, and it depends on the country and on who organised it. What is certain is that it breaks Google’s rules, so a run of reviews from accounts that reviewed nothing else is reported as a set, with the pattern written out. Whether it is also a legal matter is a conversation with a lawyer, and we say so when it is.
